The Giants off-season work comes to a head today as the NFL Draft rolls out live in Chicago this evening.   While we can debate players it so hard to nail these draft slots down because of the internal workings of three or four teams.

Iowa tackle…Brandon Scherff is slotted for the New York Giants on most mock draft boards.   Scherff is a flat-out stud…but I don’t see it.

In the lastest breaking news…The Eagles and Coach Chip “Oregon East” Kelly has put three of his starters on the trading block to move up to draft Oregon Ducks QB Marcus Mariota.   Good luck Coach Kelly, I am sure your players love that fact that you will get rid of everyone and anyone to make your team Oregon East.

My New York Giants draft predictions or Draft hopes are as follows:

Round 1:  Defensive End – Bud Dupree (Kentucky)

Round 2: Safety/cornerback – Eric Rowe (Utah)

Round 3: Safety – Shaq Thompson (Washington)

Round 4: OG – Ali Marpet (Hobart)

Round 5: WR – Tony Lippett (Michigan)

Round 6: CB – Damian Swann (Georgia)

Round 7: who knows….the Giants could use another corner back or Tight End after Adrien Robinson gets cut this year.
