The Giants are going to the NFC Divional Playoff Round on the back of one Daniel Jones. Jones has done everything to “answer the bell” and more. Yes, we are taking receipt of all those negative, so called “experts”. It’s time to step up and give this guy the spotlight he deserves.

Daniel Jones was the best player on the field in Minnesota.

For the last four year he has not complained or shown a moment of frustation. Sunday night was Jones coming out party. There is room on the band wagon, but don’t think for a second we are not going to remind you how you hated this guy for no reason. Cheers Dimes…this buds for you.

Digits:

24/35 | 301 yards | 2 TDS | 17 Car | 78 yds rushing | 4.6 a carry

Making All the Throws:

Jones came out firing at 6:36 left in the 1st quarter hitting Slayton on a huge 18 yard strike. Immediately after Jones takes off running and stiff arms Patrick Peterson who has been one of the games best corners for over a decade. The Giants QB was focused and it showed.

Jiones also hit Slayton before the two minute warning for a 40 yard strike with another 20 yards of running room. Jones was seeing the field well and making the Vikings defensive backs pay for it. He went 5 for 5 in for 100 yards in thr 1st Quarter.

In the 4th quarter with 11 minutes left to play on 2 & 10, Jones made one of the best throws of his career. Rolling to left which is hard enough lasers a 20 yard strike on the sideline for toe dragging Isaiah Hodgins. Patrick Mahomes & Josh Allen are mega stars and talented, however, if they made some of the throws Jones makes…the media would still be talking about it. A portion of the fan base clings to a fictional narrative. These “fans” that said the Giants QB couldn’t elevate players on the roster or that he couldn’t make all the throws, have been proven wrong again.

Jones will only improve in 2023 when GM Joe improves the talent level at the Wide Receiver position.

The Giants have thier guy…lock him up.
