Before the “Big Game” kick off, before the cold beer and wings, and before Vikings running back, Adrian Peterson won the 2012 NFL’s Most Valuable Player Award…my Super Bowl weekend was ruined.
Michael Strahan was not elected to the Hall of Fame and believe it or not…Warren Sapp was. Warren Sapp who was a great player is not even in the same category with Michael Strahan.
Did the lame writers once again forget that No. 92 was an NFL defensive MVP, that he is 6th all time in sacks and beat an 18 – 0 New England Patriots to win the Super Bowl.
How is this possible?
Another insignificant writer wrote that perhaps he was being punished for his record breaking sack on Brett Favre. Someone tell me how Brett Favre’s misguided play should be hung around the neck of one of the most dominating players of his era. This just makes no sense at all.
To add insult to injury, the New York Giants brass refuse to pay Victor Cruz which will lead to months of debating, less preparing and in the end…an unhappy wide receiver.
