Measurables:
- Height: 6’2 1/4
- Weight: 223 lbs.
- Hand Size: 9 1/2
- Led the nation with a 180.7 passer rating

Joe Schoen fleeced the Houston Texans by trading picks 34, 99, and a future third pick to move back into the 1st to draft Ole’ Miss QB, Jaxson Dart. Dart is known to be a bit of a gunslinger and recognized for his ability to throw on the run. He can hit tight windows and is very difficult to take down if he pulls the ball down to run.
He will need a year under Dabol and Quarterback, Russell Wilson to develop into a good NFL QB, as Ole Miss Head Coach Lane Kiffin wasn’t known for working with Dart to polish his game. Dabol said he was won over by Dart’s desire to win and compete at everything.
Dart is a 3x SEC starting QB who threw for 10,617 yards and 72 TDS at Ole’ Miss. Kiffin’s offense might be simplistic in nature, but that is not Jaxson Dart’s problem. Dart has experience, he knows how to lead men and has a history of developing great relationships within the locker room. He can play under pressure. In 2023 he outdueled, Jayden Daniels and LSU with 5 touchdowns and in 2024 he threw for over 400 Yards in the Gator Bowl. Daboll sees traits of reigning MVP Josh Allen in Dart, which only makes fans more excited for the future of the New York Giants offense.
